Description

This class is perfect for new mums looking to learn all about their baby.
A lovely relaxed and baby led class where each week we chat about different things you may be going through such as colic, reflux, your postnatal recovery and lots more.
Plus learn an early baby massage routine and some reflexology, both of which have lots of benefits for baby.
This is a great chance to meet some other new mums too.
