AIMEE’S WILD ONES

Our Baby Massage is a beautiful bonding experience between you and your little one.
This course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks up until they start crawling at around 6 months.
Massage is an excellent way to support your little one with colic, constipation and wind. Plus baby massage also supports longer, deeper and overall better sleep.
Week 1 we work on legs, feet and toes
Week 2 we work on tummies then recap week 1
Week 3 we move to the chest and arms whilst also recapping weeks 1 and 2
Week 4 we do face and back whilst recapping the whole of the course.
We supply all the necessary equipment including oils and handouts. These handouts also include a specific colic and teething routine for you to also do at home with your little one.
The room is set up under to create a relaxing space with all our mats and towels in a circle that helps to promote calming and relaxation as part of our mothers circle.
This course costs £40 for the 4 weeks and you get to take home a goody bag as well as your handouts and oils.
