Description
Every session will begin with a little self care, enhanced with the delicious aromas of Temple Spa, helping us to escape the real world and enter into a room of love, this will be followed with a facilitated discussion time, where friendships will develop. Anouska will then move into a Baby Massage routine, this will be built upon week by week.
We will then enjoy a lovely drink and yummy treat. Concluding the session with a wind down activity and a slow dance snuggling our babies.
