AMRIT'S BABY MASSAGE & WELLBEING

Learn the gold standard IAIM full body massage routine as well as techniques to help with colic, digestion, sleep and relaxation. The benefits of infant massage are many including interaction stimulation, relief and relaxation and it's a wonderful way to bond with your new baby. I have dolls available should baby wish to sleep or you can just watch and try it at home later. I use songs and rhymes (if permitted) to make it interesting and stimulating for the baby. Each week we will build on the routine with a new area of the body and I will share with you some of the theory around baby massage and there is plenty of time to chat and share experiences with other parents. There will be lots of revision of the strokes over the 5 weeks and materials for you to keep after each session. Classes are baby led which means that the babies are free to be babies and their needs always come first. Also please be assured the only person massaging your baby will be you. There is room for buggies and a lovely cafe for you to relax and hang around afterwards. Plenty of local on street parking available. Refreshments and a home made snack also provided.
