Baby Yoga promotes bonding and play between you and your little ones through gently guiding your baby through yoga poses and parent-baby sensory play.

Classes also include guided relaxation breathing, yoga inspired 'mommy moves' plus parent-baby sensory intercation play.

A 5 week block costs £35 plus a one off charge for a sensory bag with items in for you to keep and bring back each week for part of the parent-baby sensory play due covid restrictions. This is is just £5.
