Pilates is good for the mind and body. My classes will help build a strong core from which you will stretch and strengthen the whole body evenly, addressing any muscular imbalances. Not only will you feel stronger, you will become more body aware as we focus on carrying out exercises with good technique/posture, helping you move and feel better inside and outside the class. Fantastic for those of us who spend a lot of time hunched over little people! A short meditation is included at the end of each class where we focus on our breath, further enhancing your overall well-being.
