Description

Inclusive and friendly classes where you'll make new friends. The yoga practices are designed to help you enjoy your pregnancy and ease any aches and pains, we also work with breathing techniques to help you prepare for birth, and there is lots of antenatal advice sprinkled through! Each session ends with a guided relaxation to send you home blissfully relaxed.
