Description
We run community sessions for children aged 0-3 years and 4-7 years across a range of leisure centres, libraries, community buildings and child care settings. The sessions are aligned to Sport Wales’ Physical Literacy Framework.
Physical literacy is essential for a child’s development, just as learning the alphabet is essential for reading. The development of fundamental movement and sport skills is important if children are to feel good about physical activity both in PE lessons at school and sport throughout their lives.
The sessions encourage children to be confident in their ability and to help them find a love for sport and a healthy active lifestyle.
