AURORA YOGA

We’ll gather at The Meeting Place Café in Brighton, by the Peace Statue near Hove Lawns.

To begin, we’ll take 10 minutes for gentle movement and breathwork, before setting off for a walk along the beach path towards Babble. Feel free to bring your own drink or pick up a takeaway coffee on the way.

You are welcome whether you’ve moved with me in a class before or not. Please join in for as much or as little as feels right for you.

Families are warmly invited – parents, carers, and children of all ages.

This is a relaxed, friendly event and a lovely opportunity to chat with others while enjoying the sea views.
