This Yoga class is one for you to do with your baby, once they are moving, crawling, rolling and walking. Come and do as much or as little as you need.
We have all the Yoga equipment here for you already so come and join the community.
Parents and carers are welcome. This is not just for Mums
Please note: Tickets are per adult. Twins are welcome :)
Let's move together and find calm in the chaos!
You are welcome to roll prams straight in the room. All equipment provided. Please feel free to bring you little ones favourite toys.
