AWE & WONDER PARENTING WITH CALM - BURY ST EDMUNDS

This is just the most perfect class to begin your maternity with! I had the absolute joy of experiencing it through my third maternity when I started training with Addilyn at 6 weeks old and we have special Bath Baby baths now she is 8 months! Bath Babies is ideal for babies from 6 weeks up to 6 months.

This term incorporates everything I wish I had had in my first and second maternity leaves - bonding time with my baby through nurturing touch, gentle sensory play to give me ideas at home, support with responsive parenting, yummy refreshments and proper discussions with new friends.

Bath Babies is time spent in their baby bath for a water massage using strokes, moves and holds. This is sensory play for a young baby, with each week a gentle new layer of sensory added to the bath. As a parenting consultant with CalmFamily I support you in responsive parenting where needed - infant cues and gentle sleep. We will also learn a soothing and relaxing baby massage routine.

As a space holder for Mothers Circles, I am able to hold the space during discussions to provide you with non judgemental, caring and supportive calm to really discuss the transition to Motherhood. We use positive affirmations, gentle stretches and guided meditations to ensure we are calm and present with our babies. You can enjoy being showered with little gifts throughout the term as well as supportive newsletters.

The venue is Freedom Cafe, with yummy refreshments! Mums like to spend time together after class with a cuppa and I provide a whatsapp group for you all. After this term, I offer a follow on term just for Bath Baby Mummies where we learn Baby Massage & Baby reflexology, as well as enjoying sensory play. The term includes my Starting Solids workshop and a final class of Bath Babies!
