B3 BIRTH BUMPS AND BELONGING

At B3-Bumps Birth and Belonging CIC, we are dedicated to supporting African, Caribbean & mixed heritage women & families here in the Essex. Our work focuses on reducing the maternal physical and mental health inequalities that disproportionately affect these communities.

We run weekly parent & peer sessions in Thurrock, specially targeted at African, Caribbean & mixed heritage women & families where you can bring your baby along. These sessions provide a safe and welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and enjoy playtime with little ones. We also offer free counselling for mothers who may need additional support.

Beyond our community sessions, B3-Bumps provides evidence-based resources, advocacy, and insight into healthcare systems to help mothers navigate their care with confidence. Our mission is simple: to ensure that every mother and baby has the opportunity to thrive.
