Of course! The more the merrier. Your friend doesn't have to bring a baby, they can come with you as support.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Gym clothes, a dress, a dinosaur costume, pyjamas - whatever floats your boat. It's all very easy going and non-judgemental.
