Our special evening class just for mums! A little safe space in your day to join other mums for our postnatally safe workout without the distractions or interruptions of little ones. As special as they are to us.. sometimes we need some space just for us right?
Taking on a slightly different workout than our morning classes, it’s still great for challenging those fitness levels and regaining strength after baby. We still focus on a full body workout plus pelvic floor and core exercises to ensure a safe and effective workout. You have the option to bring some weights to add an additional challenge to your workout, however this is only optional so don’t worry if you don’t have them 🩵
