12:30pm - 14:30pm: Signature Experience (2 mums and babies, 2 hours)

12:30pm - 14:00pm: Mum only Experience (we will contact you after booking to confirm your chosen start time)

12:30pm - 14:00pm: Signature Experience (1 mum and baby) or 1-2-1 Baby Massage Course for 1 mum and baby or 2 mums and 2 babies (all 90 mins)

12:30pm - 13:30pm: Just for Baby Experience (1 mum and baby or 2 mums and 2 babies (both 60 mins)

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Refunds & Transfers

All sessions are non refundable but transferable subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds unless the session is cancelled by Mummy Club Cheshire (the operator). If a session is cancelled by ourselves you will be informed at the soonest possible opportunity and offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.

You may offer your place to a friend as a gift providing you inform us of these changes. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Due to the small, intimate size of our sessions it would not be viable for us to operate with any less paying participants than planned.

Please ensure you are happy with our refund policy before booking.

Illness
Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection or illness.
Please keep your baby at home if he/she or you:
• Has a fever or cough or has had one in the previous 14 days
• Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
• Has had vaccinations in the previous 48 hours
• Has heavy nasal discharge
• Has discharging eyes
Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:
• Measles
• Chicken pox
• German measles
• Whooping cough
• Impetigo
• Scarlett fever
• Hand, foot and mouth disease
• Norovirus
• Covid-19
Sessions that cannot go ahead due to illness can be rescheduled subject to availability, no refunds will be given. In order to reschedule a session we require 24 hours notice.
