A course for mothers and babies. Centred around mother’s self care and wellbeing with topics including sleep, massage, technology and natural play. Gentle stretching and relaxation self care techniques plus something for baby to with our playful story, songs and rhymes incorporating nurturing touch and dry massage. A calmer environment with smaller groups encouraging parents to feel nurturing and celebrated for their role in the community.
