A 4 week Baby Massage course, empowering you with the skills to massage your baby. - Teaching you the full baby massage routine, building slowly week on week. - Teach proven techniques to help with your babies overall development. -Teach techniques, tips and strokes to help remedy common ailments such as teething, tummy complaints, congestions and colic. -Share the highlights of baby massage, such as holds to best settle a crying baby, positions to encourage baby to relax with the aim of a sleeping baby. -Gentle stretches, breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises through out the session. -Ending the session with a relaxation for you and baby All in a safe space for parents to meet and connect.
