Nowadays it is easy to feel overwhelmed with the mountain of advice out there on Weaning. Or it may feel like a big step from them just having milk. Don't worry I am here to help you every step of the way with practical and up to date advice and to support you on your Weaning journey.

I have been helping families with Weaning for over 28 years as a Registered Paediatric Nurse & Health Visitor & importantly experienced Weaning first hand as a Mummy of two. I am passionate about ensuring you advice in a way to suit your family, for happy health meals.

I am passionate about supporting parents on their Weaning journeys to make this a positive experience.

My Weaning course and support follows my SAFE philosophy Support and Advice so you Feel confident and reassured and Enjoy your baby.

I absolutely love seeing parents' shoulders relax as they go from feeling overwhelmed and confused to being genuinely excited about sharing family meals together.
