BABY SWIM UK

In our Preschool classes children have a fun and learn through a progressive programme to build the fundamentals of swimming; floating, rotation, propulsive movement, and breath control. These valuable skills are essential to learning to swim, as well as learning water safety skills. We then develop stroke technique and abilities for swimming the 4 strokes: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.

These classes require an accompanying adult.

Swimming for under 5's, has many wonderful child development benefits. Aiding cognitive, social and emotional development, as well as fine and gross motor skills.
Early swimming supports neuro-muscular development, the development of heart, lungs, and cardiovascular strength.
