Join us at BabyBeats for a unique bonding experience as you and your baby engage in baby yoga, interactive play, gentle exercise, massage, and nurturing sensory activities.
This encouraging class includes supportive postnatal exercise while promoting your baby's development. Nurturing your bond whilst supporting your postnatal journey.
BabyBeats is a Mum and Baby class focusing on Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, Sensory Play as well as gentle Post- Natal Fitness. Something for mum and baby in every class! We love to encourage gentle Post-Natal fitness supporting every mother who comes through our class doors.
