Whether you’re a mum, dad, grandparent or carer you’re welcome to join us for gentle walks in beautiful local spaces Our first Walk is launching in Bradford on Avon . It’s not about how far or how fast you go, it’s about taking time for you, connecting with others and getting a little bit of fresh air and headspace along the way.

Becoming a parent can feel like stepping into a whole new world, beautiful, overwhelming and sometimes a little lonely. That’s why we created BabyBeats Walks, they are a simple, free way to connect, move and breathe alongside other new parents who get it.

We’ll meet at an accessible location. Our first Walk is launching in Bradford on Avon we will stroll, chat and support each other. Theres always the option to end with a coffee in one of the cafes along thr route.

It’s completely free! No memberships, no booking fees, just turn up and join in!

Meet other new parents – share stories, laughs and support in a relaxed, no pressure space.

Boost your wellbeing – walking and talking can do wonders for your mental health and confidence.

Move at your own pace – buggies, slings, grandparents and even toddlers are all welcome!

Stay connected – many of our walkers meet weekly for coffee and catch-ups and come along to our classes.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME -MUM,DAD, MUM TO BE , GRANDPARENT ,AUNT, UNCLE, FRIEND, CHILDMINDER, CARER ANYONE WITH A BABY OR TODDLER WHO WOULD LIKE TO GET OUT IN THE FRESH AIR , HAVE A CHAT AND MEET SOME LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE AND HAVE A FEW LAUGHS ALONG THE WAY.

THERE IS THE OPTION TO HAVE COFFEE AFTERWARDS AT TIMBRELLS YARD BUT NO PRESSURE TO JOIN.
