Hosted by Back to the Garden Childcare, 'It Takes A Village' Workshop Series

After a summer of later nights, holidays, and disrupted routines, getting back on track can feel overwhelming - especially if your little one’s sleep was already a struggle.
This free, supportive workshop is for you if:
- Your child (6 months or older) isn’t sleeping through
- Bedtime feels like a battle
- Your days lack predictability
- You're not sure what to try next
We’ll cover:
- Night wakings
- Early rising
- Difficult bedtimes
- Extending naps
- Nap lengths
- Creating a calm sleep environment
- Staying consistent and focused
There will be time for your questions so you can leave feeling clear, confident, and supported.

Meet Lisa – The Sleep Nanny
Lisa is a certified sleep consultant with over 26 years in Early Years education. She’s helped hundreds of families bring calm, confidence, and healthy sleep back into their homes. As a mum and grandma, she’s been through it herself - and brings empathy and real-life understanding to everything she teaches.
