Description
A barre class inspired by ballet technique that focuses on strengthening your pelvic floor and other specific elements of pre and postnatal rehabilitation. Allowing you to exercise while enjoying the time with your baby as they relax to the calming instrumental music.
Adaptable to all levels of fitness, no previous ballet experience required.
