Description

Ballet With Sophie is a welcoming school founded by Principal, Sophie Auger. Based in South-West London, we offer friendly and accessible Ballet and Fitness classes for all ages. Our ethos is to spread love and enjoyment for ballet and the arts.

We currently offer two classes, both at The Hut, Sloane Square on a Wednesday:
⁃ Adult Ballet 10.00-11.00am - A ballet class for adults of all experiences. A chance to improve ballet technique and all round general fitness. We will tone and sculpt the body and can guarantee that you will leave the class feeling elegant and like a ballerina! It will be the perfect mid- week mind and body reset.
- Mouse and Mouselings 9.30-10.00am - A ballet class designed for those aged 20 months + to be attended with their parent/nanny/guardian. A perfect introduction to ballet through stories, adventures, music and movement. We will let your Mouselings imagination run wild!
