A specialised form of yoga for pregnant women, focusing gentle stretches, pelvic floor & prepare labour with modified to safely support the body's changes, build strength (especially in the back, hips, and pelvic floor), improve circulation, reduce stress, and prepare for labor with relaxation techniques.
