In our baby yoga classes you can expect to learn gentle stretches and poses to support baby's development, parent led movements to promote bonding, postnatal gentle yoga moves for parents to rebuild strength, especially core and pelvic floor, songs, rhymes and touch to engage your baby and relaxation and breathing exercises for parents- a moment for you!
