Suitable for babies from 3 months to pre-crawling Our Move & Nurture course offers the perfect balance of connection, calm and gentle movement — a beautiful way to fill your cup while supporting your baby’s development. Each week begins with a relaxed Mama Nurture Circle, where you can unwind over hot drinks and biscuits, connect with other mums and share honest conversations in a safe, supportive space. You’ll also hear from local guest experts and small businesses on topics such as weaning, sleep, returning to work and confidence — plus enjoy exclusive private taster sessions from local children’s classes including sensory play, swimming and dancing. Once you’ve had time to connect and recharge, we’ll move into our baby yoga session, combining gentle movement, stretches and songs designed to support your baby’s physical and emotional growth. The routines help strengthen little bodies, aid digestion, and encourage key milestones such as rolling and sitting, while giving you the chance to stretch, breathe and relax too. Every class is completely baby-led — you’re free to feed, cuddle or rest whenever you need to. It’s a calm, nurturing space where you can move, bond and grow together — leaving each week feeling lighter, stronger and more connected. You can choose to enjoy the full Move & Nurture experience or join just the Baby Yoga or Mama Nurture Circle individually — whatever works best for you and your little one.
