Baby massage and reflexology is the perfect class to enjoy with your baby and is suitable from birth until active crawling. You will learn a comprehensive baby massage routine on a weekly basis, which is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. It will enable you to use the power of touch to support your baby's development and can also help prevent and alleviate colic and wind. The class will also cover baby reflexology, which includes combat colic and reflux, soothe settle and sleep, combat coughs and colds and soothe teething. Baby massage has incredible benefits for both baby and mum, creating that special bond. It is such a wonderful space to meet other mums and form friendships and you also get a cuppa and a biscuit!
