BASKING BABIES

Learn a comprehensive baby massage routine on a weekly basis which is designed to soothe and relax you and your baby. The routine uses both Indian and Swedish massage techniques and reflexology and the course also covers colic prevention and alleviation as well as settling techniques. Enjoy spending quality time during the course bonding with your baby and have the confidence and knowledge to apply what you have learned at home. Suitable for babies from birth until crawling.

There is easy parking at the venue and the room is also accessible with a pram.

Baby change facilities are available at the venue.

Please bring a small towel or blanket with you for your baby to lay on during the class.

All course materials are provided including oils and manuals.
Refreshments are provided each week.
