Description

A four evening course giving you all the tools to have a confident, empowering birth experience.
Ideal for those who:-
• Are not close to due date and can take part in full course
• Have not learnt hypnobirthing before
• First time parents who have not had any antenatal education
• Are able to do class once a week for a month
• Would like to learn topics in more detail

Course is £250 per couple

Each couple receive audios, a parents folder with resources and goodie bag.
