Description

This 5 week course teaches simple stretches for both mum and baby. Ideally babies should be sitting unaided. Babies that aren’t sitting that are over 5 months are still welcome and would be given alternative stretches.
The course combines singing with the baby stretches. Babies each have an individual toy bag to play with when mum is stretching!

You will need to bring a blanket and massage oil.
