I’m Rachel Deegan, your dedicated instructor and certified hypnobirthing specialist. I believe that all women can have positive births and I’m here to empower you through the transformative practice of hypnobirthing. Having birthed two out of my three children using hypnobirthing, I can attest that it can revolutionise your birth experience to be calm, in control and beautiful. 

As a fully qualified and insured hypnobirthing instructor currently supporting expectant parents from across the world and a Biology teacher with 15 years experience, my classes are relevant, engaging and interesting.
