Description
A fun and interactive class for you and your baby.
Baby yoga strengthens parent-baby connection, enhances natural development and joint relaxation.
Baby yoga is a perfect follow on from our baby massage class, though it is not necessary to have attended any previous classes. It is best suited to pre-mobile babies although this will depend on your baby!
These sessions include relaxation, stretches and some yoga moves for parents/carers. There is plenty of singing and nursery rhymes to keep little ones engaged and as always, time at the end for some socialising for little ones and parents/carers and time for a hot or cold drink and a snack :D
