BELIEVING IN BABIES

These parent-baby classes offer a calm, supportive space for parents and their babies to slow down, observe, and grow together. Designed for parents who want to feel more confident and at ease, the classes support a baby-led approach that honours each child’s natural development.

Inspired by the RIE Educaring® approach, sessions focus on observation over intervention, allowing babies the time and space to explore freely and at their own pace. Parents are guided to step back, notice, and reflect- building trust in their baby’s abilities while gaining confidence in their own instincts.

Everyday care moments such as feeding, changing, and dressing are explored as meaningful opportunities for connection. Simple, passive play materials support curiosity, concentration, and self-initiated play.

Just as importantly, the classes offer a nurturing, non-judgemental space for parents to ask questions, share experiences, and feel supported. This is not about perfection, but about slowing down, building trust, and cultivating calm, respectful relationships that support both baby and parent.
