Description
Baby Yoga classes are fun and interactive! No yoga experience required. Classes include gentle stretches and yoga inspired moves to do with baby. There are songs, rhymes, over clothes massage, sensory play and even some relaxation and breath work. Classes are relaxed and informal and a great way to meet other parents
