Bath Babies is a gentle, wellbeing-led water experience created especially for babies in their earliest weeks and months.

For many families, the idea of a big, busy swimming pool can feel overwhelming — both for baby and for you. Bath Babies offers a softer, more nurturing beginning. Each baby enjoys their own warm bath in a calm, carefully prepared space, allowing them to explore water slowly, safely and at their own pace.

During the session, you’ll be gently guided through supportive holds, nurturing touch and simple sensory moments designed to help your baby feel relaxed, secure and curious in the water. There is no rushing and no pressure — just quiet confidence building naturally through positive early experiences.

These small, intimate classes are about more than water skills. They are a chance to slow down, connect with your baby and share special moments together in a warm and supportive environment. Many parents tell us they leave feeling calmer, more confident and more connected with their little one.

Whether you are a brand-new mum navigating the early weeks, or a more experienced parent looking for a different kind of water introduction, Bath Babies provides a beautiful first step towards lifelong water confidence.

Spaces are intentionally kept very small to protect the calm, nurturing feel of each session.

Please ensure your baby has had a feed before the session and is comfortable in the warm environment. We recommend dressing your baby in clothing that is easy to remove on arrival.

Please bring two towels, a large swaddle muslin (that can get wet) and your preferred baby lotion for the nurturing touch element of the session. Car seats are very welcome for settling and comfort.

Sessions are kept very small and calm to support each baby’s individual pace, and you are always welcome to pause, cuddle or step out if your little one needs a moment. This is a gentle, baby-led experience with no pressure or expectations — just a supportive space for you and your baby to explore water together.
