Description

This flowing mum and baby yoga class supports your postnatal recovery helping you restore your pelvic floor and stretch and strengthen your body in all the right places. To make sure there is something for everyone we will always finish up on the mat with some stretching and singing for the babies in the room and a warm ☕️ for mums!

This class will be 50 minutes of yoga for mums, 10 minutes of singing and stretching for babies and an optional 30 minute tea and chat to finish.
