A chance to reconnect with your body whilst having fun with your baby.

Everything you need is provided. In this course we deliberately practice the same routine so your baby becomes familiar and reassured. It also makes it easier for you to re-join the group if you need to pause to tend to your baby. The sequence incorporates movement with your baby and plenty of songs and interaction to entertain them. We also include some pelvic floor work and dedicated baby yoga time!

Mobile babies are welcome, pre-crawling and more toys can be set out for them to explore.

There is also time to chat together.

You're welcome to repeat the course for as long as you enjoy it and find it beneficial. Babies love repetition and routine and will enjoy the classes even more with familiarity.

It's the perfect start to your postnatal recovery.

Note: starts to enter the venue and internal stairs up to studio.
