Description
Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until your birthing day, or as long as you're enjoying it. Yoga mats are supplied. Each class is 75 minutes and includes an education topic, yoga sequence and will close with time deeply relaxing. As an antenatal & hypnobirthing teacher I will introduce movements to support you in labour and exercises to practice at home as the course progresses. We will cover an education topic or practice breathing techniques each week. There will also be time to chat to other mums. Bring: - water bottle - you may also like a cushion and an extra layer for relaxation time Supplied: - yoga mat - blanket - block and bolster
