Come and prepare for the birth of your baby with BIRTHNERD Cheshire
- in person small group courses and private support available.
Shanaz is a midwife and experienced antenatal and hypnobirthing educator with over 19 yrs experience.
You will learn about birth, parenthood and infant feeding as one can directly impact the next.
You will be prepared for the different paths birth may take. Birth can be out of our control but what can be controlled is how you feel about it.
You will learn how to navigate maternity services and feel confident working with your healthcare providers.
You will be supported beyond the course, right up until you give birth, Shanaz will be a safe space, a sounding board and a wealth of information if you are thrown last minute curveballs.
Shanaz is passionate about birth and aims for you to have a positive birth experience regardless of how you give birth.
