Description

Our Baby & Me Yoga class is a safe space for self care and relaxation for parents while also having fun with the little ones. As babies tend to have their own mind - crying, feeding and changing is absolutely expected in class. Each class will focus on mobilising and strengthening post birth and to create some time for self care in your busy day.

Our doors will open from 15 mins before class. The class runs for about 50 minutes with some extra time at the end to change/feed your little one.

Sanitised mats, props and baby bouncers will be provided at the studio but please bring a blanket and toys for your mini yogi! Buggy parking is available in our reception but you might find it easier to use a carrier for your little one as our studio is upstairs.

Evie is a Kiwi who flew the nest over 8 years ago, creating a new home in London. She began practicing yoga to strengthen her mind and body, going on to train in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Pre and Post-natal Yoga.
