I am a IAIM certified baby massage instructor offering baby massage classes in and around Ickenham.

Nurturing touch can be given from birth, as soon as you feel ready to join, and we welcome babies up to 12 months old.

The classes are taught in 5-week blocks and will take place at my home in Ickenham (close to Swakeleys Park). There is a maximum of 7 parents in each group to keep class sizes small. This helps keep the classes nice and cosy so everyone can get to know each other.

I provide oils (although you are more than welcome to bring your own) and there will be time in the session for tea, cake and chat (a great way to make local mum friends☺️).

The course will demonstrate how to massage your baby with confidence and there’ll be informative discussions about all the benefits, how to deal with issues such as colic and constipation and the best time and way to massage your baby.

Classes last 1 hr 30 mins including an opportunity to relax with refreshments so you certainly won't feel rushed in or out. It's the ideal first class to attend with your baby!

Each week we massage a new body area slowly building to a full routine including some 'gentle movements', based on principles of yoga. We are dedicated solely to Baby Massage and delivering a comprehensive programme.

Classes are very relaxed and you are welcome to feed, change and generally see to your baby’s needs throughout the class.

Baby massage enhances the connection between baby and caregiver and helps you to understand your baby's non-verbal language, creating a lovely bonding experience.
