BLOOMING WONDERFUL HYPNOBIRTHING

This workshop is a great introduction to baby massage, where you will learn how to massage your baby with confidence, and of course get to meet other dads. There’ll be information about all the benefits of baby massage, how to deal with issues such as colic and constipation and the best time and way to massage your baby. You will also receive a full colour handout so that you are able to continue enjoying what you have learnt in the class with your baby at home. Feel free to dress your little one (and yourself!) in your finest Halloween outfit to get in the spooky spirit!

I look forward to meeting you on Saturday 16th September. Please make sure you:-

-bring your own towel or blanket for your baby to be cosy/comfy on
-bring anything your little one normally needs during the class times such as milk, nappies, wipes etc.
-DO NOT attend a session if you or your baby are unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID
-Ensure you have completed and returned the photo/video consent form attached

You will be supplied with everything you need for the session including a bottle of organic massage oil.
