My new comprehensive 'Starting Solids' workshop will help you to feel confident and empowered as you embark on this new, exciting chapter in your baby's life.

We will look at:

-How to know when baby is ready

-The differences between baby led weaning and traditional weaning

-What meals to start with

-Meal ideas and food suggestions

-What happens about milk feeds

How to wean with allergies / intolerances...

When thinking about introducing food to your baby, the tidal wave of information to wade through can feel daunting.

To make your life easier and to ensure a seamless transition into the world of solids, I will be running family-friendly weekend workshops to help you to break down the essentials of all you need to know into bite-sized chunks (literally!)

My 2-hour interactive session will help you to get to grips with the latest advice and recommendations about starting solids, so you can make your baby's introduction to food as positive, fun and enjoyable as possible.

All Blooming Wonderful classes are baby-led. Babies are very welcome and may attend free of charge. Please feel free to see to the needs of your baby at any time.

Drinks & snacks will be provided.

The workshop will take place on Saturday 22nd July 10.00 - 12.00. Refreshments will be provided.

Babies are of course more than welcome, and you are welcome to see to thier needs throughout the session.

Please be aware that there are steps leading up to the venue, so a car seat or sling may be an easier mode of transport.

The hut is within the Manor Farm complex. There is ample parking in the Winston Churchill Car Park. Further details about how to find the venue will be sent nearer the time.
