Description

A weekly class (for pregnant person only) to help you enjoy your pregnancy, stay mobile, learn about your changing baby and body and prepare for a confident birth. This first step on your continuous perinatal journey takes the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth, antenatal classes and hypnobirthing and is delivered in a relaxed 90 minute class.

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy up until your EDD and are designed in a way that you can complete a single term and gain all of the preparation you need for a confident birth or you can repeat the term to receive the continued benefits of movement, relaxation and education ahead of your confident birth.
