Description

A weekly postnatal class for the ‘fourth trimester’ mum and baby (aged 6 weeks to 5 months). Enjoy baby massage, baby yoga, gentle postnatal movement and relaxation to aid calming, soothing and connection with your baby. This is a very relaxed, baby led class where you can meet other mamas in the same stage of parenthood as you. I can’t wait to meet you there!
