Using massage regularly on your baby means that the physical touch which boosts oxytocin, often called the "love" or "bonding" hormone helps little one to feel more connected to you and less anxious.

Massage helps to build muscle tone in general and to activate the strength in baby's back to facilitate the change from foetal position to sitting and standing. Baby becomes more comfortable during tummy time as well as discovering the ability to roll.

Sessions are relaxed, fun and use a low sensory environment so as not to overstimulate baby.
