Join us for our Mum + Baby Circles...

A calm + nurturing class supporting both Mum + Baby.

We create space for you to connect with like-minded Mums, to start open + honest connection with new friends + introduce gentle but powerful movement with Postnatal Yoga + Breathwork.

A class to leave you feeling relieved from your aches + pains, as we begin to rebuild the core + pelvic floor with mindful movement.

You will also explore Baby Massage, soothing holds, gentle stretches + Baby Yoga inspired poses to support your Baby no matter their stage of development. This helps to promote:

- Relaxation
- Digestion
- Circulation
- Body awareness
- Social, neurological + physical development

This class is for you IF you're trying to find:
- Your calm in the chaos
- Connection with yourself, Baby + Community
- Rebuild your body from the inside out
- Holistic support for your Baby with colic, constipation, trapped wind, soothing + settling techniques
- Ways to enhance your ever deepening bond with Baby

Please note the following:
- We encourage you to bring your baby to class in a carrier - you can leave your pram onsite in our outdoor Courtyard space, using the side gate entrance. Please note this is not sheltered space, so open to the elements. We sadly cannot accommodate double buggies.
- Please bring a massage oil of your choice - we recommend a quality Organic Grapeseed Oil, Cold Press Coconut Oil or Sunflower Seed Oil
- Please bring a towel/blanket/large muslin for your baby to lay on + any favourite toys, milk (where necessary)
- Mats will be provided
