BOND BABY MASSAGE AND YOGA

Our song and story baby massage course is a 6 course designed to teach parents massage strokes to do at home and incorporate lots of songs, rhymes and stories.

Baby massage has countless benefits. It increases the bond between you and your baby, it can relieve discomforts such as colic and teething, it promotes better sleep and encourages healthy development.

Babies love hearing their parent’s voice and have an innate love of music. 3 of our sessions involve singing lots of rhymes and songs to complement the massage strokes that we learn. The other 3 sessions are based on well known and loved children’s stories where we incorporate parts of the story and theme songs to go alongside the massage strokes.

We provide mats, cushions, organic oil and refreshments. We recognise that building connections with fellow parents is incredibly valuable, so there is plenty of time to chat with other parents after the class.

There is a large free car park, buggy access and space inside to leave your buggy. It is easily accessible from Irlam, Cadishead, Culcheth, Woolston, Lymm and surrounding areas. Only 15 minutes from the Trafford Centre.
