Boogie, bond and blossom in joyful creative movement sessions for parents and babies up to 18 months. Using rhythm, music and play, each session inspires wellbeing, exploration and meaningful connection.
The sessions naturally flow between uplifting and energising, and gentle and calming. We encourage self-expression, allowing you and your baby to blossom.
Expect self-care, self-expression and flow for yourself, creative discovery with your baby, all in a nurturing and vibrant space. Feed, change, and rest whenever you need. No experience needed. Come as you are.
We can't wait to meet and move with you & baby!
The venue is baby friendly, space for buggies and baby changing available. There is also a cafe with food and drink available to purchase.
